The nurses are very friendly, caring and efficient.
The doctors are also good, although I see a different doctor every time.
Seating arrangements can be improved.
So far the best and most efficient clinic I've ever attended, all the credit goes to the lovely nurses.

There was no waiting as the injury sustained by our son, because of the severity of it, which was nice. Staff very helpful which made our son feel very at ease. Many thanks.

The information and explanation were excellent.
We felt we were valued and treated with kindness. The welcoming was good were even offered tea/coffee and biscuits. The only thing needs improving was the waiting time which was very long given particularly for people in pain.
